We did it. Although 2018 hasn’t come to an end yet (and it feels like it just started), we’re mentally and operationally stepping into the new year. We’re doing it with a huge smile on our faces because like every other year for Christmas – the holiday of giving, we decided to do something for the good of others. And it wouldn’t have been possible without your help.
A few days ago we organized a Christmas fundraiser for the elderly living in Warsaw for whom a Christmas Eve dinner is organized by the local community. We combined the ‘giftraiser’ with a party in our office; our friends and customers filled up our 150 square meters with their positive energy of giving for Christmas. And after the party, the gifts still kept on coming and coming!
We’re absolutely shocked with the results. Thanks to everyone’s support we managed to raise around 100 gifts for Warsovian seniors and pass them on the organizers of the Christmas Eve dinner. From warm slippers to kitchen utensils, your gifts will definitely make a positive impact - but it’s important to remember that being able to spend this special evening in the company of others is the greatest gift that these seniors could receive.
