Prowly, a tech company offering solutions for the PR industry, teams up with Iza Klat who is joining the team as the Chief People & Culture Officer. Previously associated with brands such as Google, Iza will be now providing coaching and advisory support to the startup company founded by Joanna Drabent and Sebastian Przyborowski.
We began working together in 2017 when Iza started supporting us as part of a project for developing leadership skills. The project resulted in various bottom-up intra-company initiatives and contributed to a more informed and mature management style and general development of the team and thereby the entire company. I’m excited that we have teamed up with Iza, as developing the organizational culture and soft skills at Prowly is one of our main objectives for 2019. We want Prowly to be a dream workplace for the young, ambitious, initiative-driven, but at the same time responsible people, who want to draw from work not only financial benefits, but also opportunities for growth in a broad sense, and who value openness, compassion, and culture of reciprocity.
Joanna Drabent, CEO at Prowly
Prowly is still quite a small group of great people, but its founders Joanna and Sebastian decided it was crucial already at this stage of the company’s development to focus on knowingly building an organizational culture and providing growth-related support to the entire team. Such an approach is still relatively rarely found in organizations, which is evidence of the company’s uniqueness.
