Dear clients and friends, in light of the global situation affecting everyone’s private and professional lives at the moment, I’d like to share a few things that I hope you will find helpful.
I’m sure many of you have had your work routine disrupted by the COVID-19 virus. The topic of remote work is everywhere now and so I’m not going to add my own thoughts on the subject since you’ve probably already seen enough.
I would like you to know that Prowly already had remote work in its DNA well before the current crisis struck. This started six years ago when we started as two teams in different cities. About a year ago, as a 30-person team, we decided to implement total freedom when it came to selecting a place of work. We work remotely, and even sometimes asynchronously, because this flexibility allows us to work from different (and sometimes exotic…) places around the world while maintaining a flexible approach to the time we need to devote to our lives away from work.
I’m writing this because I want you to be sure that today, thanks to our experience, we’re working smoothly and at full strength as always with no compromises due to larger current circumstances. Our team is ready to help through online meetings and via chat and our product development and support continues without interruption.

In order to meet current needs, we are available during extended hours. All questions and requests received after 5 pm EST (10 pm CET) will be assigned priority at 4 am EST (9 am CET) the following day.
