The aim of the campaign was to showcase our company and the team behind it. We were thrilled from the creative phase with an excitement that stayed with us through production to the launch. Betting on a video series – the most popular format nowadays - we captured the essence of our highs and lows, the values we share, and the critical lessons learned along the way.
We wanted to enhance Prowly's brand awareness and offer potential candidates an unfiltered view of our culture. Veering away from showing off only the most glossy achievements is our testament to the importance of transparency and authenticity in communication. Not to mention the candid reality of the challenges we've faced and have overcome is far more important for our candidates.
