The idea behind the introduction of Trust Paid Time Off (TPTO) is to appreciate the commitment of our team, as well as to reduce the extent of bureaucracy and eliminate the need to control the number of days off each individual receives.

Introducing the Trust Paid Time Off benefit will make it easier for our teammates to maintain this balance. Everyone needs to have as much rest as necessary and everyone can do it in their own way. Some people need one long break a year, while others recharge their batteries during several shorter holidays. Now everyone has the option to use additional days for vacation as needed. The minimum number of vacation days remains as set down in the labor law.
