Pitch Update 🚀 A New Face of Mailings from Prowly

Published

Since Prowly’s launch, you’ve been adding your press releases to emails in the form of links leading to stories published on Brand Journals. I must admit—here at Prowly, we all like the simple form and the non-invasive character of these plain-text emails, but every once in a while we’ve received feedback saying it’s not enough. Let me sum up the latest update of the Pitch module with this brief sentence: there is more! And it’s the immediate result of us developing Prowly’s functions in line with your patterns and expectations.

The first things we’ve handed over to our users are two new email formats. These include embed and attachments.

Embed

What does it mean? Apart from the classic, plain-text message, you are able to paste an entire Story or its parts into the body of your email (or instead of it).

Attachments

After the update, you are able to add attachments from a given Story to each mailing, regardless of the form selected. Just like in a classic email, attachment icons appears below the text.

Plain text + images

The classic, plain-text mailing creator got some new functions. These primarily includes the possibility of pasting images into the body of your emails.
