What’s the Difference Between a Group and a Segment?

On the Customer Success team, we have a few topics that could be competing for the first place in a popularity contest. One of them relates to the differences between groups and segments. Kasia, who is part of the CS team, noticed that “Groups are stiff and solid, while segments are alive and automatic.” And that’s very true! Actually, though, it’s just the tip of the iceberg because segmentation can bring about some very interesting insights about your contacts database. I explained it here.
